Training and Communication Manager-(21000ABH)

Mission

In collaboration with the HR Manager, is responsible for defining and implementing the training plan and communication.

Responsibilities

1. Competence development and training :

– Definition and implementation of the training plan (management of the plan/budget + quality aspects, completion of mandatory declarations, etc.),

– Leading the training committee of the CSE,

– Production of monthly training reports,

– Design of new training modules,

– Follow-up of professional interviews (training part),

– Follow-up of the integration process (production internships + training stages).

2. Communication :

– Definition and implementation of the communication plan,

– Mapping of information and communication relays in the factory and their coordination (mission shared with the HRM),

– Animation of specific subjects with the Pole.

4/5 years of higher education with a specialisation in HR

English is required for this position as well as various qualities: team spirit, adaptability, communication
