Description du poste

In this role you will be responsible for :

1. Driving Filorga brand market share and Sell out (30%)
 

  • Work closely with Area Managers, Distributors and Brand teams to define and run customer activation plans to drive Sell out and maximize brand Market Share.

  • Implement and follow strong trade marketing plans with key distributors and retailers across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories and product ranges, including supporting key NPD launches, line forms creation and 360° campaigns.

  • Monitor off line market visibility: Have clear understanding of distribution landscape. Follow planogram implementation and make visibility improvement proposal.

  • Monitor online market visibility and support distributors/retailers in performance: social networks, website, deployment of e-strategic plans, etc. Follow digital galaxy and make improvement proposal.

  • Manage local POSM development for local projects and executions

2. Becoming a reliable Business support function (30%)
 

  • Support Commercial Leader across local sales process, MS reports, Ensure commercial readiness and on-time delivery 

  • Weekly connects with trade team to discuss monthly plans, brand updates and local tactical support to improve MS and secure execution

  • Monthly connects with key distributors to deploy new initiatives, track launched initiatives, and monitor in-store execution/support needed

  • Participate on new partners onboarding trainings 

  • Participate in the area events and support in the organization: brand/products launch, seminars, congresses etc.)

3. Reporting (25%)
 

  • Monitor MS performance and Brand KPIs

  • Track & analyze both Filorga and competition trade promotions to establish learnings and better future planning

  • Share a monthly recap on trade plans ROI highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Prepare Best Practices recap.

4. Sales Planning and budget management (15%)
 

  • Responsibly manage and monitor the budget spend for in-trade investments (actuals vs. plan) on retailers and key countries

 

Required Qualifications :

 

5 years experience in a similar role

English and French Fluent
