Your mission:  

UiPath is searching for a high-energy Marketing Manager to support the SEU Region (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece) to create demand and build awareness. 

You will interact directly with regional, EMEA and global marketing, field and partner sales teams to support the execution of integrated regional and global marketing initiatives, including content, website, demand generation campaigns, field and partner events, and more. 

In this hands-on role, you will drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis. 

What you’ll do at UiPath

  • Localize and optimize global content and assets for the local (focus on French speaking) markets including coordination with other marketing teams, agencies, and freelancers
  • Support and execute creation of local marketing and campaign materials (such as key assets, local campaign pages, email, social media, ads, …) to drive demand generation
  • Manage and execute continuous updates for UiPath’s French website, blog, social media banners
  • Run regional events and tradeshows to support local field and partner operations
  • Collaborate with the other regional and global marketing teams to support driving awareness and demand generation in the whole region
  • Build and maintain ongoing strong relationship and communications with the regional Go-To-market teams
  • Regular reporting and analysis on results 
  • What you’ll bring to the team

  • 5 years minimum of field marketing experience, including demand generation, in a software or IT environment, with B2B Marketing
  • Experience in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics
  • Expertise in content marketing is a plus
  • Great eye for quality and consistency
  • Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs, and strong analytical skills to enhance and improve our lead and pipeline generation initiatives
  • Experience in working with agencies and contractors for project delivery
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Marketo, plus experience with SFDC, CMS (Contentful knowledge is a plus), Smartling
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a rapidly growing organization in an international environment
  • Enjoys working in teams with a hands-on approach
  • Strives for personal responsibility, willingness to perform, speed
  • Genuine excitement and curiosity for technology innovation and its impact on improving business performance and society
  • Excellent native written and oral communication skills in French and fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
