We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Marketing team who is preferably based in France/Paris alternatively in the UK or Germany. The responsibility of the Field Marketing Manager is on developing and executing successfully integrated demand generation campaigns for the enterprise segment predominantly in France but also in BeNeLux, Italy and Spain (Southern Region) with the goal to acquire and nurture new prospects and to support cross-selling to and retaining our existing client base, while working and aligning closely together with the direct sales team in that territory.

The role will focus on the Data Integrity solution which is built on four key components: enterprise-wide data integration, data quality, location intelligence, and data enrichment. In addition, this role will be responsible for generating demand for our data management (MDM and PIM) and SAP process automation product portfolio. The campaigns created for these areas will contribute to pipeline generation in support of our continued growth plans.

The position operates in a matrix environment working alongside the wider EMEA & global marketing team and collaborates hand in hand with the Sr. Field Marketing Manager responsible specifically for the Southern and Central region with a strong influence and link to the sales functions to support the financial and market targets and objectives for the business.

This remote role can be fulfilled from anywhere in the UK, Germany or France.



  • Understand the global, regional and local strategy and demand generation programmes.
  • Develop a marketing plan with dedicated demand generation focus and designs and implements long & short-term end-to-end marketing campaigns which will appeal to the Southern region.
  • Be able to adapt and execute global marketing campaigns for the EMEA-wide region.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that include but are not limited to webinars, virtual events, Social Media, content syndication and e-mails.
  • Generates marketing qualified leads and partners with BDRs to ensure proper follow up to help build the sales pipeline, while monitoring results and optimizing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate excellence in communications, programme design, execution and creative resources management.
  • Understand and apply critical success factors for effective programmes: best practice tactics, optimal delivery method/engagement model, technology/tools, relevant content, clear call to action, defined follow up and hand offs, appropriate metrics etc.
  • Tap into knowledge expertise of the business unit, region/country, to better understand target market, product, positioning, and goals of the programme. Works closely with the regional sales organisation and the global product marketing team to ensure correct messaging and focus on target personas on a regular basis.
  • Know vendors best suited for programme goals and manages the relationships. Comfortable assessing quality and competitiveness of quotes.
  • Manage to specific timelines and budgets under the direction of the Sr. Director, International Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales leader and the sales team to ensure alignment on the local market strategy as well as keeps the team continuously informed about the progress of activities and their ROI.
  • Qualifications

    YOU HAVE: 

  • 5-10 years’ experience in marketing campaign development, execution, management and measurement (marketing funnel) in the software industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines whilst working in a matrix environment partnering with multiple functions across geographies.
  • Native standard in French language, and fluent in English.
  • Demonstrates strong and compelling presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in vertical marketing (e.g. Insurance, Telco, Retail, etc).
