Join the Salesforce team inside the Software Engineering team.
Main objectives:
Maintain and develop the different Europcar Mobility Group’s Salesforce instances.
Technology watch concerning Salesforce new functionality.
Support and take part in the future frontend projects of the group.

You will interact with the user to challenge their needs and to give them a solution compatible with the Salesforce Standard.
You will ensure that the different Salesforce environments can interact with all the other systems.
You’ll be monitoring and improving the application’s performance.
You’ll help to translate requirements into an application’s code (providing simple solutions to complex business problems while applying the best language practices).
You’ll be testing the software and fixing bugs.
You’ll need to take care of the continuous development of the documentation.
Qualifications
PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER
Previous experience:
Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience with integrating Salesforce into broad and diverse IT environments.
Experience with Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
Specific skills:
Understanding of Salesforce limitation due to the volume of Data.
Experience working on integration and implementation of different salesforce marketing technologies (Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Social/Ad Studio, Mobile Studio etc.) globally
Solid understanding of/ experience with data modelling and querying as it pertains to Marketing Cloud. Experience working with Marketing Cloud data extensions, queries, and Amp scripts
Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript
Experience supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management
Deep understanding of data, data extensions, data relationships, and ability to translate customer requirements to the use of their data throughout their marketing automation ecosystem
Problem solver and out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders across different functions
Knowledge of best practice for Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology and business processes
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
Marketing Cloud Developer Certification. Prior experience working in Direct-to-Consumer marketing
Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is a plus.

MAJOR AREAS OF COMPETENCY NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor degree in IT or related fields (or equivalent).
An experience in an international environment (therefore, written and verbal proficiency in English is one of our requirements ). Additional proficiency in French is a plus.
