You will be in charge of:
- Definition of the Sales & Marketing strategy
- Definition of the pricing policy
- Definition of the operational marketing plan and the axes of communication, added value of the site…
- Elaboration of objectives and sales forecasts, elaboration of budgets, reporting
- Management of the teams in charge of the implementation of the commercial policy
- Representation role of the establishment in important events (trade fairs, networks, etc.)
- Participation in high-level commercial negotiations, supervising commercial partnerships and monitoring key accounts directly

Proven professional experience of minimum 10 years in a similar position in Morocco or abroad. You have a vision that is both strategic and operational to make the orientations and objectives. You are proactive and know how to federate your teams. You are highly responsible & reliable with an excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities & good presentation skills.
