Returnship program: Criteo provides a 6 month paid returnship program (equivalent to the job and level) for candidates looking to restart their career after a long period of leave. The program provides an opportunity to combine office work with flexible working from home, maintaining a healthy work life balance.

Together we will focus on a seamless and enjoyable back to work experience including:

  • Extended onboarding with an assigned mentor and buddy
  • Structured support to learn from the best
  • A tailored self-paced learning path to make sure you get prepared for on-the-job skills, industry knowledge, planning, communication, soft skills and more.

    We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive the vision, messaging, and got-o-market strategy for a key component of our innovative Commerce media platform. Based in our New York City, Boston, Paris, Barcelona, or London office, you’ll work with marketing, sales, and product teams to define and evangelize our product roadmap, buyer personas and journeys, the unique value proposition and positioning, and messaging for our products and solutions.

    What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create content and campaigns to accelerate the sales pipeline
  • Partner with sales teams to develop high-quality collateral to convert prospects and up-sell customers
  • Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to gather key messaging data and feedback across channels
  • Equip product teams with competitive, market, and customer insights to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Ensure new features are successfully launched, and value-based messaging is reflected at each customer touchpoint
  • Evangelize our customers and product positioning and messaging to create consistent, cohesive, and clear narrative in the market
  • Measure and optimize product positioning and messaging through qualitative feedback and using quantitative tools
  • Who You Are

    You’re both an entrepreneurial self-starter and a team-player. You can tackle a wide variety of initiatives, workstreams, and projects that call for critical thinking, creativity, and proactive communication. You’re also results-orients and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals. Most importantly, you care about customers and possess deep empathy for their challenges and opportunities. You love storytelling and you’re adept at crafting impactful customer-focused, value-based messaging and content and materials. 

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, first party data marketing and/or identity solutions 
  • Experience in selling, marketing or managing advertising campaigns using 3rd party data and audience sources
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams, especially with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Highly collaborative work style
  • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills and attention to detail
  • BA or BS in marketing, business, computer science/engineering or related field.
