Commercial Marketing and Business Support for the Microcontroller Digital Group has the mission to support sales target Achievements and Strategic Decision by Daily Operational task, Data Analysis for business tracking and decision making, business process innovation, coordination and consolidation of central tasks. The candidate will operate mainly on following domains:
New analysis and reporting development (ex: IBP/SFDC) to show relevant insights on the business trends.
Running reports maintenance
Power BI report update and maintenance on the MDG product performance, stock, registration, desgin.win, funnel… on the Distribution channel.
Presentation update & analysis
Development of Power BI report and analysis on SFDC, Prisma
Report development and data accuracy
Custom data Analysis: depending on all the teams needs (TME, management, sales)
Work across the teams (regional and WW) to harmonize the WoW and the reports
Monitor and support all Backlog management activities and produce various report aimed to detect any risk and deploy dedicated recovery actions within sales organization
Ensure the overall billing and backlog are in line with group quarterly targets and drive any action within sales organization and divisions
Support QMS and ensure MDG in the region operate according to cooperate quality standard and policies.

Distribution business monitoring
Job location EMEA, preference in France or Germany
Competence in data organization and analyze.

Strong knowledge on Microsoft office and POWER BI as well as other ST internal
Strong communication skill spoken and written
Understanding of semiconductor supply chain and distribution business model
