POSITION SUMMARY
• Leads the regional product marketing strategy, driving heroes and sub-categories and adapting Global strategy to Regional and Affiliate needs
• Manages Product Portfolio
• Provides support to the affiliates to ensure excellence in forecast process and control product availability and launch cadence.
• Drives forecast planning and sales driver’s integration
• Ensures excellence in execution across the touchpoints including pricing, channel and assortment strategy.
• Partners with Global on relevant product and activations.

ENSURE PRODUCT MARKETING STRATEGY RELEVANCY IN EMEA
• Drives heroes and subcategories plans for the region, trials and sets strategies, identifying granularity of emergence in key markets in order to gain market shares, grow pillars, maximize SKU profitability, and propose high growth opportunities
• Responsible for the market retail sales analysis, identifying subcat and key competitor trends to drive conclusions and generate recommendations on local product needs
• Build the 3Y product strategies and elevate needs to Global
• Manages product portfolio via Pricing, Product Assortment and Marketing Calendar consistency of implementation across region, with support of Consumer Marketing Manager
• Builds product offering and differentiation strategy across channels in coordination with Consumer marketing and the energy centers
• Co-lead pricing strategy with EMEA pricing team, incl. price increases and launch price positioning, based on pricing competition analysis
• Participates to marketing budget elaboration, provides profitability analysis and building estimations of Product Marketing mix (catalogue, limited lifes, launches, sets, gwps, samples, testers).
• Lead tailormade retailer presentations, with support of Consumer Marketing Manager for Consumer related touchpoints and Visual Merchandising team for Creative touchpoints

EXECUTE WITH EXCELLENCE FROM FORECAST PLANNING TO LAUNCH AND SALES DRIVERS INTEGRATION
• Monitor brand activities, analyze mix of business and performance of categories and franchises, to identify opportunities of growth and define product strategy (leveraging SAP/BI)
• Lead Forecast process and strategy, incl. analysis and adjustment related to brand growth, trends etc., enabling Markets in collaboration with EMEA DP with appropriate tools and processes (FC guideline, E2E process, Replan process)
• Analyze FC inputs and align with markets to ensure alignment with strategy with on-going business monitoring (Launch follow-up, Replan, Excess etc.) with support from EMEA CRSM
• Contributes to Visual Merchandising (brief and follow-up with VM on all permanent materials), decision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring (budget, quality, delay), and consistency in terms of assortment and product claim
• Lead Sampling material process in collaboration with Consumer Marketing Manager for media related activations
• Defining ‘sampling strategy’ and collaborate with Consumer Marketing Manager to ensure consistent FC and usage plan

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of marketing experience
• Required fluent in English
• Very good knowledge of excel, word, PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial attitude able of agility
• Basic selling skills : able to build collaborative relationship for go to market implementation
• Pragmatic, results oriented
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and human relations skills
• Structured, strong team player
