Division: Group Strategy and Expansion
By joining the Group strategy and product expansion Division, you will be joining an international and geographically spread team that, through strong collaboration, articulates the corporate and business strategy and engages the company to deliver and grow profitable products and services. You will contribute to growing our relevance in post trade by realising the regulatory agenda in strengthening the financial industry, leveraging our franchise to expand globally, and re-architecting the post trade landscape.
Your role is to:
assist in formulating the communication strategy for the different group CSDs by aligning cross divisional teams, uncovering opportunities, and analysing lifecycles
Identify features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organisation to implement these changes
monitor, analyse and evaluates market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities in relation to communication channels
Be the main product person to help drive forward some strategic projects such as PIMS, CIAM, BAMCOM
You will be working closely with management of Digital User Experience and Communication channels team to protect and grow the proportion of the communication revenue of the different Euroclear CSD’s versus their total revenue.
This role will require maintaining, reviewing, and updating existing products and services related to communication channels as well as implementing new products and services which support Euroclear’s strategic long term digital objectives and align to the Group Product strategic goals and shareholder expectations.
Profile:
Experience working in a senior product, network or business analyst role and can support any business development needs. Experience working in a transversal environment and preferably have business management experience in the financial service industry.
Strong credibility and independence of opinion, with clear ability to impact and influence others especially in difficult discussions.
Strong influencing skills to help drive change within the Group, showing an ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff. Excellent attention to detail.
