    Support driving traffic to the stores online and offline through all digital marketing activities for both B2C and B2B customer segments. Drive business transformation towards a seamless experience for our customers through a strong omnichannel phygital network. Partner with Bridgestone EMIA retail team to deliver on our ambition to become a leader in the digital marketplace for WER.

    Key Objective areas:

  • Improve brand visibility & awareness in the digital channels.
  • Deliver on online business conversion targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition activities.
  • Support customer retention.
  • Responsibilities – in collaboration with Bridgestone EMIA retail team:

  • Support retail digital strategy execution.
  • Manage all entities websites (content creation & management, updates related to : details of the stores, network offering, etc.).
  • Drive traffic to the stores online & offline through SEO, SEA, GmB and other digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare and follow up customer acquisition campaigns: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Waze, etc.
  • Create, animate and develop social media communities.
  • Investigate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics. Follow closely the analytics of the platform performance to run analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Control & continuously improve the cost of digital marketing & advertising per consumer and shift to lower cost or free advertising methods.
  • Manage E-reputation solutions & drive insights towards the business.
  • Conduct market research on the French online market to identify the online customer segments, channels and behavior insights.
  • Deal with and manage local digital marketing agencies.
  • Explore new digital marketing tools, solutions and agencies to overcome competition and reach our traffic objectives,
  • Share best practices & knowledge with EMIA community through mentoring and participation in the meetings.

  • Good notion of IT eco-systems and data flows to be able to work with digital solutions providers.
  • Project management : successful experience in project management with the scope that would include business & digital complexity.
  • Proficiency and ability to work in English.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing ideally within retail activities.
