The marketing Manager is responsible of the marketing strategy of the men’s health portfolio (penile implants, ancillaries, male incontinence …) which will drive the growth of this business. The marketing strategy includes all the aspects of B2B marketing with the urology surgeons but also create the awareness of surgical men’s health solutions to the patients and referring HCPs)
The marketing manager Mens’ Health is also in charge to supervise the marketing strategy for our Women’s Health portfolio and manage the women’s health product manager.
Design and execute the marketing strategy for Men’s Health portfolio in Europe
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the MH market : size , market performance, clinical trends, market share , competitive analysis, price points, reimbursement and health economics data
Define and lead the strategy to develop the business of Men’s Health in Europe according to the company objectives
Articulate the action plan to execute the marketing strategy from market analysis to event management with the various stakeholders ( IMC (Marcom) , RA, Compliance, Medical, upstream teams, commercial, finance, comex…)
Design the value propositions and the unique selling points according to the market segmentation and prioritize the targeting –
Create a strong relationship with the Key Opinion leaders in this clinical area and the main medical societies (ESSM, EAU ..)
Actively coordinate the forecasts, back orders management.
Collaborate to the professional education curriculum for mens’ health.
Manage the marketing budget for the Men’s Health activities.
Supervise the marketing strategy for Women’s Health
Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing and/or medical
5 years of experience in a marketing/ product management in healthcare
Fluent in English ( Knowledge of another European language is a plus )
Experience working in a regulated environment, i.e., healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical preferred
Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally required
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proven ability to lead, manage and/ or support multiple interdisciplinary/ cross-functional/ international projects (including projects with outside vendors or agencies), gain consensus/approval where needed, prioritize & drive strategic objectives effectively
Develops strong, positive & effective working relationships with individuals inside & outside the organization.
Demonstrates excellent oral & written communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, facilitate & advocate
Strong analytical skills and marketing performance knowledge.
