This is a great opportunity to be Recruitment Marketing Content Manager for Takeda, a rapidly growing life sciences client, this opportunity is accountable for all recruitment marketing efforts across the globe. Full responsible for ensuring the advertising campaigns and marketing is structured and resourced to deliver creative campaign solutions and ensure execution of the requisition advertising is in alignment with the global organization principles.
Develop and maintain a global sourcing strategy.
Develop and run candidate engagement campaigns through Korn Ferry Recruit & LinkedIn
Create content on Takeda that can be shared with candidates and colleagues to aid searches.
Produce a global communications calendar for recruitment engagement, covering topics on business units, innovation at Takeda, D&I and market info.
Propose, track and analyse sourcing spend – bringing proposals to budget holders and demonstrating ROI.
Analyse source of hire data and provide sourcing channel proposals as a result.
Identify, analyse and implement new sourcing channels that can be used for the global team (ERGs, D&I groups, Pharma/Biotech groups).
Leverage Korn Ferry IP/Resource to further the Marketing capabilities within the Takeda TA function.
Be the Central RDT point for collation and distribution of event collateral for campaigns, careers events and virtual events.
Work with Media Agency, organise the briefings, feeding the job family buckets and feed back to the recruiter supporting with data to analyse performance
Champion continuous improvement and drive global standards and process adherence meticulously throughout the region, ultimately responsible for ensuring training is delivered, tools are effectively utilized, and processes are upheld, and overseeing change management execution as appropriate
Embody Subject Matter Expertise, ensuring the provision of relevant market insights to the business, and that available tools are understood and utilized throughout the organization. Act as ultimate regional Subject Matter Expert
Have a strong understanding of metrics and data and the ability to use this in client conversations
Proven experience of strong stakeholder engagement and having full responsibility for driving marketing strategy
Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
