Marketing Communications Intern

Job Summary

As a Communication Specialist Intern, you will provide support towards day-to-day Marketing Communication activities, as well as several ongoing projects. Thereby, you will contribute directly to the further enhancement of our marketing communication for the TIS business unit. You will be a part of a high-quality team and you will have the opportunity to work together with a lot of different people from different backgrounds and business domains.

Besides the internship at your department, you’ll get the opportunity to connect with multiple people at Terumo, including fellow interns and the senior management. In addition, you’ll get the opportunity to learn about the company in different ways.

Job Responsibilities

As our Communication Specialist Intern, you will be involved in several projects. Therefore, you will need to provide support in the execution of several marketing aspects. You will be involved in the following tasks for which you will provide the necessary support: 

Profile Description

You are enthusiastic and driven about complementing our highly qualified marketing communication team. 

You are currently involved in studies that provide you with a relevant background to perform well within the internship context,e.g. Communication, Marketing, …

You are a self-starter and serious about your own development and performance. Additionally, you have good critical, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. You also possess a highly creative point of view and have a high regard for attention to detail, as well as quality. 

You are a team player but also take responsibilities on yourself. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change and you are able to manage your time efficiently and effectively. 

You are fluent in English. This entails both verbal and writing skills.

You have a good user knowledge with the MS Office program familiarity with editing programs, e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, is a plus.
