We are currently looking for a Marketing Automation Manager (f/m/d) for our Customer Marketing Europe Team. The position could be located in France (Obernai or Paris) or Germany (Blieskastel or Frankfurt).

Missions

Reporting to the Head of Customer Activation, your main missions are:

• Strategic conception and operational development of data-driven, automated and personalized marketing.
• Support the Eloqua roll-out in new markets, train and advise marketing automation experts in the markets to increase capabilities and marketing automation usage.
• Share marketing automation use cases. Global ones as well as local best practices to leverage automated marketing activities.
• Proactive Marketing Automation campaign management support, considering resources and deadlines on the part of our internal customers.
• Maintenance of the existing workflows on the marketing automation platform and development of new workflows and ensure the smooth flow within the organization.
• Regular reporting, testing and evaluation of campaign key figures based on defined KPIs and the derivation of optimization measures.

The Marketing Automation Manager is a position which requires to be a self-starter who possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and capacity to think at a high-level strategic caliber while managing daily tasks and support.

Profile

You hold a master degree or equivalent academic qualification with a specialization in Digital Marketing and a focus on Marketing Automation.

You have a strong experience in the digital environment and have demonstrably worked with marketing automation systems and planned your own projects and implemented them in tools such as Eloqua, Sitecore, Microsoft dynamics, or act on etc.

You are fluent in English and able to work in an international and cross-functional environment.

A practical experience and success in automated and personalized would be a plus. Good technical understanding and experience of web applications could also be an asset.

You have ideally an agile mindset.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills and structured way of working will be necessary in order to succeed in this role.

Travel is planned to the different European markets of the group.
