The Communication Projects team is primarily responsible for supporting long-term, far reaching transformation projects that oftentimes require support from senior stakeholders. Those transformation projects may include everything from workforce reorganization to CSR, culture, ways-of-working and other transformations.

The team is also responsible for crisis communications.

The team works hand-in-hand with a wide range of stakeholders across the business as well as within

the Communication & Corporate Responsibility department. The team uses a wide range of communication tools at their disposal including everything from happening and videos to memos and more.

This position is based in Paris, with the application of the AXA Group Operations France remote working policy [details will be provided].

Core missions

  • You will be responsible for communicating on a number of projects/domains for which you must:Make strategic recommendations to your stakeholders on the most appropriate/effective use of communication,Define and maintain strategic plans and roadmaps on your topics,Ensure high quality materials/events are produced on time and on budget,Ensure the validation, roll-out and measurement of your plans.
  • You will be responsible for developing and rolling out communication assets by: Producing your own supports when appropriate (written articles, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, emails, scripts, events, etc.).Supervising the work of agencies / experts (internal or external) working on your behalf (video, podcasts, illustrations, etc.). Liaising with the AXA GO Newsroom on the publication of your assets.
  • You will represent the department in the entity’s crisis management team.
  • Your Profile

    Technical and professional skills:

  • Degree in some form of Communication or Marketing
  • Strong communications skills (including strong mastery of oral and written communication)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Particularly strong written French
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability and experience of working with the most senior stakeholders in an organization
  • Proven capacity to work in transversal, with multicultural teams in several countries
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects (planning, budgeting, etc.)
  • Experience in change or transformation projects with be a plus
  • Experience in events management
  • Experience in crisis and reputation management (making strategic recommendations, building plans, producing elements and following through appropriately)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
  • Relational skills:

  • Ability to use narrative persuasively in English and French
  • Ability to manage different types of stakeholders (Executives, Managers and Experts)
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural team
  • Autonomy, ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver on time
  • Dynamism, reactivity, commitment
  • At least 10 years’ experience in communication within a multinational organization or setting would be a significant advantage.
