We are looking for a top notch highly motivated Head of Product Marketing. Reporting to the CMO, as a member of the senior leadership team, you will develop and evolve our product marketing strategy. You will work at the intersection of product management, marketing, and sales. Operating from a buyer-first mindset you will directly impact our company’s success by defining, planning, and executing product-led growth strategies for our SMB audience as well as supporting our sales-led growth in the Enterprise space.

With 500 expert-employees across 7 countries and 6 solution offerings, we currently take care of a growing base of 8000 customers and continuously endeavor to aim higher.
You will manage a team of product marketers and your responsibilities will include managing your team to:
Build and grow a best-in-class product marketing team by coaching and mentoring to become one of the core pillars of the marketing organization.
Product and GTM – Planning and Strategy:
Regular market and competitor analysis, understand market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behavior
Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap; set the related go-to-market strategy
Provide customer data insights to validate the market/product fit and influence roadmap
Determine any modifications that should be made in the product or feature itself, in its go-to-market planning and execution
Own and refine target audience, ICPs, buyer personas, target audience, and benchmark competitors to optimize product-market fit
Expand our positioning: determine product’s unique value in a way that connects to the target audience
Define product messaging frameworks and sales plays, support defining company’s themes for driving relevant acquisition and improving our conversion rates. Align with our different marketing teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
Influence the pricing and monetization strategy, demonstrating the value of product and decrease perceived friction to purchase
Partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to establish goals and timelines for feature launches.
Post Launch Measurement; maximize adoption rates, usage, user acquisition, and revenue.
Build Assets to support our sales and CSMs functions
Implement competitive intelligence to support sales in highlighting key differentiators from competitors.
Create a scalable process for building and maintaining sales enablement collaterals and assets to support our customer-facing teams through the buyer’s journey
Cross-pollinate learnings and resulting decisions across our teams
Create a core product knowledge database and build content and demos, develop compelling marketing materials for showcasing our products: demos, videos…
Be a product evangelist and ambassador within Skeepers, and outside in the market
Be a driver of an analyst relations strategy to establish the organization as a leader in our category to drive demand, increase win rates, and help us move upmarket
Requirements
At least 8 years’ experience in BtoB product marketing and adjacent areas.
Experience in managing product marketing teams
Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth and Sales led growth
Comfortable working with a multiproduct porfolio targeting different segments
Strong leadership competencies: setting priorities and goals, providing clarity, be a problem solver
Good communication skills
Empathy and ability to connect with customers on different levels
Strong planning and project management skills
Experience within the product marketing function within a company with > $100m ARR;
Good analytics skills
Proven ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
