WHAT YOU’LL DO
Monitor the driver lifecycle and work on a common definition of driver segmentation as a foundation to improve driver engagement at each step of the funnel. Identify and lead new projects to improve conversion rates, from a website visit to an active driver (solid knowledges with Hubspot) Be accountable for the number of active drivers working on the platform; report on acquisition and activation conversion rates performances on a weekly basis; Identify and lead new projects to improve conversion rates, from a website visit to an active driver. Optimise the marketing automation and nurturing processes through CRM Campaigns (Braze, Hubspot). In charge of on boarding, activation, engagement, reactivation, across email, sms, push or in-app messages. Understand what drives churn among our existing fleet, lead new user insights studies, and work with the Ops team to monitor and report and competitors activity. Analyse and report on performances of the campaigns; This include production of lead generation objectives, forecast and measuring overall results. Organise the FR call hub planning and key initiatives with business insights in mind (activation, engagement, reengagement, user interviews…) to maximise its efficiency & impact for Heetch. Analyse and report on performances of your campaigns; focus on impactful initiatives. Suggest and follow implementation of product experimentations with product teams; build proof of concepts to deliver business results (referral program, sign-up website, etc.).
