• Adaptation of tools for local relevancy.
• Update the Kilian Academy to reflect seasonal newness.
• Audit the Kilian Academy monthly, ensuring the ambassador experience is seamless.
• Play an active role in the organization of Seasonal Global Education Seminars and Activations.

Marketing & Go-to Market

• Work on CRM guidelines
• Develop Ecards for new launches and evergreen activations
• Coordinate 360 launchbooks
• Support Markets with creative requests for popup, retail animations…
• Attend Monthly calls with every regions, leading minutes and planning next steps actions
• Gather Competitive benchmarks
