About the Role As a Marketing Specialist for Southern Europe (SE) you will drive and own the shaping and delivery of all marketing and communications within the region (France / Italy) to help generate revenue and contribute to building the local brand of Wipro in line with Wipro’s SE business strategy. In addition to implementing the marketing and communications for SE, this person will also be responsible for executing on some cross-European projects and campaigns that will also benefit his/her region. This individual will report into the Europe CMO and will work closely with the marketing team for the Global business units as well as corporate comms team. Successful candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced, global company, have a deep understanding of business priorities and drivers, and have the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations. Relationships are key, so understanding how to communicate to different levels and audiences is important. This is an Interim role with a possibility to become permanent. Key Responsibilities Delivers the marketing programs for the region in coordination with the European Program Lead and local Business teams to support business growth and increase brand presence Manages end-to-end development and execution of all SE campaigns across all channels and SE countries Employs a range of media and content channels to craft compelling narratives that bring Wipro’s message to life – especially taking into account the local market scenarios and our competitive positioning Localises global marketing campaigns and leads on activating agreed campaigns across Europe Coordinates with alliance teams the key initiatives for the region and drive joint marketing activities Works closely with the Europe CMO to determine deal support strategy to support the region’s growth objectives Manages relationships with external parties such as sponsors, media and suppliers Track, measures, and analyses the performance of marketing campaigns and reports results to sales and marketing leadership Minimum qualifications, desired experience 5+ years of relevant work experience as a marketing professional in the B2B Tech space, preferably IT Services and technology with industry-leading brands A thorough understanding of the SE region and its business dynamics Significant experience in project management and budgeting with a focus on maximizing return on investment Detail-oriented, and outcome not output focused Ability to work independently, take independent and well-informed decisions, and navigate matrix organizations Capable of managing complex development projects that involve cross-functional teams Well versed in digital marketing best practices and demand generation Has knowledge and experience of marketing automation systems Has local market relationships that can be adequately leveraged in this role – with event agencies, media & PR agencies, exclusive content agencies and industry membership bodies Knowledge of having worked with industry influencers such as Analysts, Advisors and Alliances is a huge plus and an important aspect of this role Fluent in French and English – Italian a plus Candidate based in Paris, Ile-de-France
