EMEA Marketing Campaign Manager

Fortinet EMEA is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate marketing manager with great campaign development, management, and execution skills. As experienced EMEA Campaign Marketing Manager you will lead some of our strategic campaign initiatives. You will drive a fully integrated marketing mix with key stakeholders on corporate and EMEA level. This position will report directly into the EMEA Director, Campaigns and Demand Generation.

The EMEA Marketing Campaign Manager understands the needs and trends of today´s buyers and delivers audience strategies that are used to uncover new pipeline opportunities. By focusing on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and launching integrated marketing programs, the Marketing Campaign Manager will make a significant difference to the growth of our pipeline.

As EMEA Marketing Campaign Manager, you will use your expertise to help manage, execute and monitor campaigns across multiple channels for Fortinet´s campaigns. In this role, you will leverage your marketing expertise, organizational and leadership skills to help achieve marketing and demand generation goals. You will collaborate closely with your product and solutions marketing counterparts, field marketing, and channel, etc. to manage the execution deliverables across multiple campaigns designed to generate pipeline and awareness.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of demand creation best practices and the buyer´s journey, strong project management skills, the ability to drive campaign execution, as well as a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, while managing the expectations of various stakeholders across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with your corporate campaign, business stakeholders and EMEA solution marketing counterparts you are responsible for identifying goals and objectives, architecting marketing strategies and then conceptualizing integrated campaigns to generate market demand to exceed annual pipeline goals.
  • Understand how to interpret and apply various campaign approaches based on the goal, objective and audience: new contact acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and install base.
  • Team up with other marketing functions which contribute to the success of campaign activities (such as Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing Teams, Marketing Operations, Web, Events, Media, etc.)
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget guidelines and/or resources and assist in making critical budget balancing recommendations to ensure overall campaign effectiveness Manage the execution, launch timelines and measurement of campaigns and tactics.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
  • Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 6+ years B2B campaign marketing experience, with a technology vendor, network security a plus.
  • Proven experience with integrated marketing campaign planning, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (sales, field marketing, corporate teams, agencies, channel)
  • History of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing campaigns (including digital, direct marketing, events, etc.)
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Team player, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude and passion to learn.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
