The Value You Bring

 

• Experience in developing a workable digital marketing strategy and possessing knowledge of executing effective campaigns (including the marketing mix).

• Proven experience in developing digital marketing content on content creation and distribution while managing integrated digital marketing programs across all digital channels, including company’s website, social media platforms.

• Able to execute pay-per-click ad campaigns such as on LinkedIn Ads and AdWords. Able to oversee and optimize ad campaigns to perform effectively and on budget.

• Ability to generate analytical data using web analytics tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or similar web advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).

• Knowledge of setting up and running email marketing campaigns using tools like Bitrix, Sendinblue, Omnisend, MailChimp and Mailjet.

• Ability to report on performance of business development progress as well as digital and traditional marketing activities and tradeshows and compare the results against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Return on Investment (ROI).

• Maintain the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency.

• Create and execute impressive client-centered landing pages, marketing campaigns, and execute Webinars/Podcasts by working with Senior Marketing Manager, business development managers, R&D, and Operational Services.

• Experience in working with outside agencies and/or external partners to channel and properly place ads or campaign and how to analyze end-to-end client experience in different digital channels.

• Hunger to identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.

 

Website

 

• Update and implement new web content; monitor and optimize the website to accurately reflect its service or product offerings and news with on-brand messaging. Coordinate with the team to assemble and craft the most effective web content for it’s goals.

• Execute insights into keyword research and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies implementation, monitoring, and manage website content to increase traffic tothecompany website and keep it on top of searches for Cell Line Development.

• Optimize user experience and lead funnels and landing website pages to grow website traffic, increase interactivity and obtain high conversion rates.

• Ensure all leads from the website, from forms to chats, are funneled correctly into our Bitrix CRM.

• Understand the data infrastructure and website improvements by working with internal IT and outside agency for website updates and maintenance.

 

CRM Administration

 

• Working with internal IT team, providing client profile analyses, reports, and ad hoc requests (analysis of the clients and campaign performances).

• Generate weekly status updates and reports on all accounts with the Commercial team that includes conversion rates, pipeline revenue, and scope of services.

• Generate reports on clients’ segmentation based on the type of deals and areas of biologics of interest to understand accounts trends and areas to focus.

• Use CRM to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through surveys and gather necessary data for KPI reporting.

• Liaise with Business Development Managers to monitor correct recording of client information while ensuring and maintaining CRM data integrity.

• Provide insights into account trends and areas of focus.

• Use CRM to implement and track marketing campaigns activities. 

 

KPI Data

 

• Gather data on business development progress and marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of its business and fulfill the KPI reporting while working with the IT/Quality team.

• Identify and suggest areas of improvement for marketing & business development processes while using predefined KPIs as a reference.

The Skills and Expertise You Have

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing (SAWI), CAS in digital marketing, digital media, computer science, or information technology, and mastery of campaign management tools, CRM, marketing automation and tracking and advanced Excel level.

• First successful 2 to 5 years’ experience in B2B experience in the biotech and life science industries with a data-driven mentality.

• Knowledge of front-end web technology like JavaScript, html5, CSS, or versed in computer programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.; the ability to write code to customize the CRM software to meet organizational needs is a major plus.

• Copywriting skills to craft effective written website and ad content; User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) knowledge, a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve client service issues and resolve any other issues that may arise.

• Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple projects using project management skills, while working cross-functionally with a variety of creative minds by conveying information effectively and efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret business problems and identify business issues from data and leverage that data to drive marketing tactics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in French.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, problem solver who works collaboratively.

• A well-developed network of relevant experts (i.e., content creators, graphical designers, SEO experts, contacts to news outlets, etc.).

• Strong client orientation, rigorous and organized personality with a genuine interest in learning new tools, gathering data, and studying trends.
