About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in the Customer & Marketing team – within the Consumer Business (B2C).

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage our B2C digital marketing to achieve our mobile app and eCommerce growth objectives. This will involve working with internal stakeholders as well as managing external agencies.
You will deliver and evolve the always-on activity for digital marketing channels (including but not limited to PPC, affiliates, programmatic, app) in line with business objectives for our website and apps. In addition, you will be integral to campaign activity from ideation right through to delivery, analysis and reporting.
You will work closely with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners to ensure channels and campaigns are optimised, and that those campaigns are integrated across all touchpoints. You will be heavily involved in building CRM activations (alongside the CRM & email team) to promote the app and OS Shop.

What we’re looking for
Strong experience in performance marketing, having undertaken digital campaigns for major brands, ideally in an eCommerce and/or app context
Can demonstrate examples of profitable paid user acquisition
Strong experience running paid campaigns, especially Google App Campaigns, Apple Search, Affiliates and Programmatic
A strong understanding of digital tools, analytics and tracking technologies (e.g. GA, Firebase, Adjust, etc), you love working closely with technical teams. You will be key in building a cutting-edge marketing stack for both web and app
Experience working with marketing attribution models and overcoming challenges associated with app based attribution and cookie-less tracking
Hands on and happy to get into the detail
Comfortable working with and coordinating digital media and creative agencies
A balance of creative and analytical thinking – you are technical and know how to scale marketing most efficiently – but you also know that great marketing needs creativity and you seek ways for creative and media to work together
A team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally but also happy to work independently. You are an expert in your field and a go-to person who works with others to achieve a goal
Experience with a mobile first product and specifically acquiring app users
Experience scaling a subscription based product offering advantageous
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Recognised Marketing qualification(s) such as CIM
Experience working with an MMP
Experience of tag management

Location: We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be required to spend one day a week with the remaining time being a personal choice as to whether you work from home, one of our regional offices or spend more time at OSHQ.
