Want to join a fast-moving and responsible company, and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Digital Communication Project Manager to uplift our voice at global level! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Joining the team at a critical moment of growth and transformation, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive project manager who understands social strategy and how to create engaging content and user-friendly guidelines. With a strong focus on LinkedIn, you will be instrumental in uplifting the global social voice of Pernod Ricard, developing our group brand and how we represent our exciting brands and passionate people.

Reporting to the External Engagement Digital Manager, the Digital Project Manager will be responsible for sourcing, developing and optimising always-on corporate social media content and campaigns in line with the Group’s voice and storytelling vision. The role will be the key global contact for our brands (Absolut, Jameson, Chivas Brothers, Beefeater, Maison Mumm etc.) as well as collaborating with local markets across the world and agencies.

Your key missions:


  • Developing and maintaining a global content calendar including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and the corporate website
  • Maintaining consistent contact with stakeholders, brands and markets to source content opportunities, share best practice and give visibility to HQ developments
  • Leading the entire content creation process from sourcing to briefing, overseeing development and tracking performance

  • Track performance of all social content and channels using Sprout
  • Identify proactive opportunities based on current events and social listening
  • Respond and manage comments and interactions in line with best practice guidelines
  • Keep up to date with social platform changes and evolutions and optimise and adapt accordingly

  • Develop and maintain an internal process that ensures an efficient workflow between sourcing and content creation, with a key focus on LinkedIn
  • Support the development and communication of key social media guidelines for internal use
  • Be the go-to social champion for collaborators from across the group and develop the awareness of the role of corporate social media

  • You are passionate about social strategy and corporate social media content
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have at 3 to 5 years of working experience with a focus in technology and social media
  • You are fluent in French and English and know how to engage teams and work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
