Your role will be to manage 2 digital platforms , recently launched, and bring them to the next level.
INSIDE LVMH and sHaRe are 2 digital platforms, recently launched by the LVMH Talent Management Team. These platforms have different audiences and objectives but are very much focused on fostering education and knowledge, sharing best practices and building communities, internally and externally:
1/ INSIDE LVMH () is an international educational platform bridging the gap between the academic and professional world and transmitting knowledge on LVMH and the luxury industry , to better understand its opportunities and challenges. It’s also a key channel to drive qualitative and quantitative traffic to Maisons’ internships/job offers.
Audience: Students and Early Career Professionals worldwide (< 3 years of professional experience), worldwide (also open to LVMH interns, apprentices, graduates) / 130 000+ users
Your mission: To position the INSIDE LVMH platform as a unique Luxury Academy to learn all about the LVMH ecosystem and initiatives as well as the go-to-platform for students and early career professionals to kick start their career in the luxury industry and at LVMH.

2/ sHaRe is the HR platform for the HR community at LVMH .
Its objectives are to
Audience: Global HR community at LVMH /3000+ users
Your mission: Editorial and technical management of the platform as well as working transversally with key HR departments of the Group for content creation and platform optimization.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We need you to accelerate and amplify the platforms by strengthening our content & acquisition/loyalty strategies.
– Create and implement the editorial strategy and yearly content calendar in line with relevant highlights of the year (that are relevant to our audiences) as well as LVMH happenings
– Work hand in hand with Maisons/Regions to consolidate existing content, create new and appropriate content for the target audiences, with the support of the communication team and partner agencies.
– Structure briefs and content formats
– Act as a change and innovation leader, be curious and creative, create and sustain an engaging storytelling approach and formats…
-Build a strong CRM strategy, with newsletters & notifications for the users of the platform
-Innovate and develop new communication assets adapted to diverse audiences and/or communication campaigns to drive awareness and engagement on the platforms
-Create and follow a dashboard of KPIs to assess the performance of the content & communication strategy & initiatives.
You are a strategic leader, able to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, possess excellent digital and communication skills, and be comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.
