JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
We currently have an International Brand Manager career opportunity at our Charenton (France) location within our Global Lens and Categories Division. The job position is within the consumer brands team, reporting to the Crizal Associate Marketing Director.
You will be in charge of driving growth opportunities of Crizal as a brand, through regional white space, retail and wholesale channels. The year 2023 is a new milestone for the brand after delivering three innovations at once, which is unique in the history of Crizal, the brand strategic positioning is about to shift. Supporting the rollout of this strategic shift is key to accelerate Crizal growth.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
The brand manager will be in charge of:
Accelerate the implementation and activation of the brand long-term strategy:
Develop relevant assets raising internal visibility and comprehension of the brand strategic shift.
Execute the communication package for B2B & B2B2C and oversee a consistent messaging.
Support distribution strategy, anticipating internal retailers while building a strong offer for independent professionals – our historic brand partners.
Work in collaboration with other EssilorLuxottica teams, regional and local marketing counterparts to identify their needs and execute supporting materials
Manage the relationship with the Creative hub and external agencies
Drive brand engagement and performance in-store
Support the definition of the in-store visibility strategy of the brand through demo tools, suite of services and specific rituals.
Develop marketing experiential initiatives across target audiences (B2B, B2C)
Manage the elaboration of dispensing training materials on Leonardo platform
Support the activation and traffic generation on the platform through dedicated marketing plans
Report the performance of on demand content created
Consolidate the growth of the category
Consolidate reference data on pricing, business case, including category growth sizing and internal retail additional value.
Build and report business cases with dedicated action plans
Collaborate with market consumer & research experts to co-design studies and test needed for combined activation: Design & HMC
Support and follow-up markets / business units launches worldwide while ensuring the consistency of defined strategy
Sales and qualitative feedback monitoring to track performance and identify opportunities; reporting and presenting on data

Fluent in English (working language)
Microsoft Office skills
• Educational Background: Master’s degree in a business-related and/or Marketing field
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business, development, excellent understanding of the marketing mix
• Knowledge of optics would be beneficial (lens or frame)
• Experience in Retail industry or working in an agency would be a plus
Fluent in English (oral and written)
French and / or Italian are a plus
