A Day in the Life

  • Partner with sales, regional & global marketing, business development teams to define near-term and long-term plan to expand continuous connected care (CCC) in Western Europe
  • Lead product and system launches as we expand the CCC portfolio
  • Identify unmet needs, uncover challenges, and develop action plans to remove operational barriers to implementing CCC for post-acute care in Europe
  • Develop robust relationships with clinical and economical stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of CCC in the region
  • Create & implement new business models in partnership with target accounts, health economics & commercial teams
  • Establish & manage team of local business developers to expand awareness & adoption of CCC in key accounts across Western Europe
  • Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent required with post-graduate degree
  • 10+ years of experience in market development, sales or marketing roles
  • 3+ years of experience with implementation of international programs (across several countries)
  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to coordinate multiple large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication skills, English required, additional language a plus
  • Previous experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. Healthcare, Medical Devices)
  • Experience coaching and developing direct reports or an extended team to achieve results
  • Nice to Haves

  • A background in acute patient monitoring market a plus, working with large OEMs (i.e. GE, Philips)
  • Experience in strategy and business development (defining new opportunities to implementation)
  • Product launch experience (product positioning, research, messaging development, multichannel communication)
  • Ability to prioritize and synthesize customer needs through market research
  • Location

    Remote in Europe

    Willingness to travel 40% of the time
