You join Dassault Systèmes as CATIA Marketing Leader.
CATIA is the founding brand of Dassault Systèmes. Your challenge:

You define, direct and execute CATIA’s marketing strategy to build brand awareness and reputation through the attraction, activation, engagement and retention of actual and potential brand users, in accordance with the promise of brand and strategically.

Your missions:

• Ensure relevance, consistency and convergence of messages with the brand promise and the strategic plan through multi-touch marketing programs: public relations, events (user groups, corporate events, third party events where applicable ), advertising, social and digital communication (Brand website pages, 3DSWYM communities), in line with Corporate directives
• Manage public and private / physical and digital user communities to build brand awareness, awareness and role adoption: define user groups and editorial publication schedule, develop and organize content ( user stories, branded content), manage discussions, posts and trends within communities
• Define, implement and monitor user loyalty programs in order to identify champions and influencers among brand users, in order to strengthen their brand loyalty and build lasting user references
• Define and implement relevant actions to increase the user database (number of users) and / or enrich user profiles at each point of contact in the user journey
• Encourage, collect and leverage user feedback on the user experience of solutions, processes and roles
• Stay on standby in user communities and competitor communities to identify the Points of parity and the Points of differentiation of the Brand
• Interconnection with the marketing teams of the offer and the brand to establish an optimal user point of contact and an engagement strategy
• Provide guidelines to GEO teams to ensure consistency of brand messages locally

Your assets to success:

You have a Bachelor and / or Master’s Degree in business / engineering school or university.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and analysis of sales, marketing and business strategy (competitive)
• You have at least 8 years of experience in social and digital marketing
