What you’ll do
The B2B Marketing Manager – Advertiser Growth is part of our Go-To-Market team within our Marketing Foundation Service and is responsible for developing and executing relevant (to the target audience) marketing strategies and tactics, contributing to successful sales efforts related to prospects and current demand-side partners.
After your morning routine, you’ll be expected to…
Support the sales process Drive the demand-side positioning and USP creation and builds the narrative in cooperation with the Advertiser Growth Unit Develop marketing and sales collateral (pitch decks, 1 pagers, infographics, videos, others) to support the sales processConduct Account Based Marketing campaigns to support sales with the targeting of specific accounts Develop and execute on marketing strategies and tactics which support the sales processes: Prepare and conducts relevant marketing campaigns relevant for the buy-side target audience Oversee the communication and messaging to advertisers and agenciesDrive relevant events participation and messagingInitiate and contribute relevant target audience content to eyeo’s marketing channels
Establish and nurtures relationships with the marketing organization of our partners , in order to strengthen our existing partnerships Define the direction and proactively propose, in collaboration with Account Managers, joint marketing initiatives with demand-side partners (case studies, PR activities, active messaging on events, joint content marketing efforts)Support the Advertiser Growth unit in conducting industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging as well as Voice of Customer analysis (NPS and others), in order to maintain and increase satisfaction of our partners
Develop and execute a cross-channel marketing and communication plan for our demand side target audience Align and contributes both to the demand-side team’s strategy and to eyeo’s overall marketing strategyMeasure and contribute to eyeo’s overall Marketing KPIs
What you bring to the table…
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
5+ years of related job experience, preferably in B2B tech organizations
Experience in working with sales teams on Account Based Marketing campaigns
A good understanding of current marketing trends in B2B marketing
Strong analytical skills and business acumen; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong attention to detail
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
Previous experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with fluency in English, ideally native speaker
